Detailed Description

The RNG seed a classic Bertini input file asks for, via randomseed: N;.

As in Bertini 1, random_seed == 0 (the default) means "draw from entropy": the command-line program then draws one and reports it, so the run can be reproduced. The library API differs: to SetGlobalSeed and bertini.set_random_seed, 0 is an ordinary seed. Must be applied before system construction (gamma, patch, TD-constants).
